Mechanical AP Engineer
Location: Roehampton
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
The Opportunity
A leading Facilities Management service provider is seeking an experienced Mechanical Authorised Person (AP) Engineer to join the engineering team in Roehampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a healthcare environment as part of a well-established team of 9 engineers.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out duties as Mechanical Authorised Person within a live hospital environment
* Ensure compliance with HTM standards, health & safety regulations, and site procedures
* Oversee and support maintenance activities across critical mechanical systems
* Provide technical guidance and supervision for specialist contractors and engineering staff
* Ensure safe operation and maintenance of ventilation, medical gas, and pressure systems
