Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

+ Review, verify, and update mechanical infrastructure data within SMS Builder, including HVAC equipment, piping systems, plumbing components, pumps, valves, and associated mechanical assets.

+ Conduct quality assurance reviews of facility mechanical component records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with engineering standards and asset management requirements.

+ Analyze facility inspection results and incorporate validated updates intoSMS Builder.

+ Perform facility mechanical inspections when required to verify asset condition, configuration, and operational status of mechanical, piping, and plumbing systems.
