What matters most is that you have strong hands‑on mechanical engineering experience, the confidence to share your knowledge, and a genuine interest in helping learners build the skills they need for successful careers in industry.

You'll be delivering high-quality practical and theory-based training to apprentices and commercial learners, working closely with a supportive team who will help you develop your own teaching, assessing and training skills along the way.
