Position Summary

Product Design Engineer creates 3D models and bill of materials (BOMS) for projects with minimal supervision of Design Engineering Supervisor or Advanced Lead Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing during production and testing
• Work with minimal direction of Supervisor or Lead Advanced Engineer
• Complete general design tasks independently according to Supervisor program plan
• Work on projects of modeled scope and complexity
• Identify possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and take action to resolve them
• Apply judgment within defined parameters
• Participate in group discussions and web meetings regarding projects

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering disciplines
