Position: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Type: Permanent
Basic: up to £42,000
Location: Glasgow
We are recruiting for a multi skilled maintenance engineer based in the Glasgow area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general mechanical aspects of building maintenance including plant room, basic plumbing, HVAC and compliance etc.
The role is a permanent position paying up to £42,000 basic and based on a continental shift pattern. Week one - 2 days on, 2 off, and 3 on. Week two - 2 days off, 2 on, and 3 off. Shifts from 6am to 6pm

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:
Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Mechanical Plant room
Pumps and valves
Plumbing maintenance
Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
