Mechanical Shift Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Shift Engineer to join a prestigious commercial office building in the heart of Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-profile corporate environment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical building services. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services. Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and associated plant. Monitor building management systems (BMS) and respond to alarms and faults. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with health and safety regulations. Support subcontractors and specialist service providers on site. Complete accurate maintenance records and reports. Participate in shift handovers and maintain effective communication with the engineering team.
