Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical coding
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS , and relevant coding guidelines
• Experience working with EHR/EMR systems
• Ability to review medical records and assign accurate diagnosis/procedure codes
• Understanding of documentation requirements and compliance standards
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
