Qualifications

• Must have 12 years of relevant BPO experience, with at least 6 months in medical billing
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including holidays
• Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

• Perform medical billing operations accurately and efficiently for RCM accounts
• Review, process, and submit healthcare claims and invoices
