Medical Underwriting Assistant (Hybrid)

Provide medical technical support to the onshore staff nurses. Assist to the team leader by sending emails to clients and customer regarding queries of medical in nature and being the subject matter expert on the process being handled.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain product, system and process knowledge

• Ensure compliance with QBE policies, procedures and relevant legislations.

•Establish and maintain a good working relationship with stakeholders

• Resolve escalated complaints in a timely manner

•Assist in resolving escalations by summarizing clinical notes and documentation using knowledge of nursing process and ongoing treatment plan

• Prepare, update and proofread new and existing process desktop procedures (DTPs) and reports

• Manage workflow and ad-hoc requests including reporting performance dashboards and KPIs
