The Opportunity

This is a key engineering role in the Core Data Path (CDP) team, which maintains and evolves the Nutanix Distributed Storage Fabric (NDSF) - the foundational storage layer that powers Nutanix hyperconverged and hybrid cloud infrastructure.As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you will work on Stargate, the data engine of NDSF. Stargate handles IO requests, data placement, dedupe, compression, encryption, resiliency, and healing from failures. The work sits close to the core of the product and directly impacts performance, reliability, scale, and customer experience.We are looking for engineers who combine strong systems fundamentals with ownership, sound design judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality enterprise software in a complex distributed system.
