Key Responsibilities Develop and review coordinated MEP shop drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD. Perform multidisciplinary BIM coordination for HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, ELV, and BMS systems. Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage. Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and variation pricing. Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations for technical and commercial compliance. Update project schedules and monitor engineering progress using Primavera P6.
