MEPF Revit Modeller

Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical Revit Modeler based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating knowledge of technical and design principles
• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
• Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model

What you will bring to the team (Qualifications)

• 3 years of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectations and preferably working in the consulting industry
• Proficient in the drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection services using AutoCAD MEP...
