Metallurgical Technician

About the company and role:

We are currently seeking individuals looking for opportunities across well-known mineral testing laboratories, with both Perth-based and FIFO opportunities available. Full-time permanent and contract positions will be available, as well as opportunities for day, afternoon or night shifts.

General duties may include, but are not limited to:
 

• Collection of process samples in a timely manner
• Sample preparation, including but not limited to sorting, splitting, crushing, pulverizing, milling, sizing.
• Sample registration and data recording
• Maintenance of the working environment e.g., clean outs of crushers and splitters, and clean-up of the workspace.
• Ensuring you follow instructions and procedures in a safe and competent manner
