Metrology Operation-process Engineer

The metrology process operations engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing metrology processes in a manufacturing environment. The engineer ensures accurate measurement and calibration of metrology equipment.

• Manage ROCC operators for CDSem
• Manage ROCC operations and coverage for CDSem
• Create new product recipes for thickness and CD
• Develop Metrology tool crisis plans
• Collaborate with Production, Process and Equipment owners to develop tool downtime mitigation plans
• Arrange Metrology technicians' coverage and training
• Support and follow-up on activities related to capacity, production moves, and cycle time & out-put

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
