The group you’ll be a part of

The Manufacturing Engineering team will be part of Lam Manufacturing Malaysia Operations, reporting into Global Operations. This function will partner with the other Operations team in Malaysia such as Manufacturing, Quality, Order Fulfilment, Logistics to deliver Operations Excellence, driving high quality, productivity and cost-effective performance in the safest environment.

The impact you’ll make

In this position, as Manufacturing Engineering Manager your will lead a team of engineers to develop, implement and maintain operation methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. You will work across organization functions to resolve technical, quality and production challenges, as well as opportunity to develop excellence in product design and manufacturing.
