MHE Technician

MHE Technician – Distribution Center

**Position Summary:**

The MHE Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of material handling equipment (MHE) within the distribution center to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role supports operational efficiency by maintaining forklifts, conveyors, pallet jacks, and other automated systems in compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all MHE, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, conveyors, and automated systems.
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on equipment.
+ Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
+ Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and service history in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
