Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Microbiology Analyst - Level 1 to join our team in Mississauga, Canada. In this position, you will play a crucial role in conducting microbiological analyses and supporting our laboratory operations.
Perform various microbiological tests and analyses on samples using standard laboratory techniques
Prepare culture media, reagents, and other materials required for microbiological testing
Perform microbiological tests for finished products and raw materials not limited to MLT, Bioburden, Endotoxin testing, Antibiotic Potency Assay, AET, Sterility Testing and Disinfectant Studies.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities and test results
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
Assist in the development and optimization of microbiological testing methods
