Microsoft 365 & Copilot Studio Technical Specialist

KEY ATTRIBUTES

• This role is responsible for owning and continuously improving Splendid Group’s Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio environment.

• You will bring hands‑on experience designing, building and managing Copilot Studio agents, and apply that capability within a secure, well‑governed Microsoft 365 environment.

• You will act as a technical specialist and trusted internal advisor, ensuring our systems are:

• Secure by design

• Well‑structured and scalable

• Practical for a fast‑moving agency environment

• This is a hands‑on specialist role for someone who enjoys building, configuring, improving and taking responsibility for how things work in practice.
