Role Description
Copilot & Agent Development
- Microsoft Copilot Studio agent design and development
- Task-based, retrieval, and autonomous Copilot agents
- Agent conversation modeling and orchestration
- Prompt engineering and response control
- Multi-agent orchestration and capability chaining
- SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) integration for finance, procurement, asset, and operations data
- SAP SuccessFactors integration for HR, workforce, and employee services
- Salesforce integration for CRM, customer, and support workflows
- SQL/ Oracle / SPF Hyperion (EPM) integration for planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Integration with custom enterprise applications via REST APIs
- Engineering systems integration (project systems, document systems, drawings, specifications)
- Oil & Gas enterprise platforms (projects, operations, HSE, maintenance systems)
