The Microsoft Dynamics Super User/Technical Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business and system solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and profitability across operations. The role bridges the gap between operational processes and IT systems, ensuring technology initiatives—such as the Transport Management System (TMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Trans-Bass Activity software—support business objectives effectively.

A key focus is on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to transition manual processes into digital workflows, driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.





Key Responsibilities



Liaise with key stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for logistics and transport operations.



Develop functional and technical specifications for software developers and system vendors to implement enhancements.
