Mid Application Support

• Lead smooth and quality-assured transition of application features from development to production environments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service operations
• Lead the development of the Operations Enablement service catalogue to further improve service delivery
• Run/Lead small to mid-sized projects related to operations

Qualifications:

• Degree in technology, software engineering or related quantitative field
• More than 5 years of experience in similar role, preferably in technology and/or financial industry
• Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB)
• Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
• Experience with incident and problem management
• Experience in programming languages such as Java and/or Python is a must have
• Knowledge Snowflake is a plus
