**Maintenance Mechanic – Full Time**

**About the Role**
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll provide mechanical support across processing, packaging, and facility operations. You’ll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and work closely with production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the plant.

**Shift & Pay**
• Rotating continental shifts (either 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am or 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am, depending on location)
• Pay rate: $38.75–$45.25 per hour, based on experience
