Modular Expert/Prefabrication Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Prefabrication Specialist / Expert to lead and support our off-site construction initiatives remotely. This role focuses on prefabrication strategy, DfMA coordination, factory oversight, and BIM integration while working closely with on-site project teams in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate understands California building codes, seismic requirements, and prefab workflows, and can manage vendors and production schedules without being on site full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate remotely with architects and engineers to ensure designs are optimized for prefabrication (DfMA) and seismic requirements
• Review shop drawings, factory models, and production schedules for prefab components
