Monetization Expert

We are looking for a Monetization Expert with hands-on experience in mobile game ad monetization, mediation management, and revenue optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing and optimizing platforms such as AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, and mediation/waterfall setups to maximize ad revenue and player LTV while maintaining a healthy player experience.

Key Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, and ad mediation platforms.
Expertise in configuring and optimizing:

• Bidding setups
• Ad placements
• eCPM strategies
• Fill rate optimization

Ability to analyze monetization performance and implement improvements to maximize:

ARPDAU

LTV

Retention-friendly monetization

Overall ad revenue performance

Experience with level play optimization and balancing monetization with player progression and engagement.
