• Edit and produce high-quality video content across multiple formats
• Short-form content (Reels, Shorts
• Long-format videos (YouTube, brand films, educational content
• Performance marketing creatives (ad films, conversion-focused content
• Develop platform-first edits tailored to Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
• Ensure strong storytelling, smooth pacing, and engaging visual flow
• Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and performance teams
• Experiment with creative formats and contribute innovative editing ideas
