Motorpool Supervisor

Qualifications:



* At least a graduate of any four-year or five-year course, or possess a relevant vocational certification.

Minimum of five (3) years of experience in motorpool operations, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.

* Proven ability to manage and direct the work of skilled mechanics.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.

* Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking capabilities.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

* Willing to be assigned in Agusan, Cagayan de Oro City
