Job Description

Position Purpose

The Move Coordinator manages all stages of household goods relocations, from origin to destination, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the moving process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication – Serve as the single point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners; respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

·Move Planning & Execution – Coordinate and monitor packing, transport, storage, customs clearance, and final delivery for all moves.

·Documentation & Compliance – Prepare shipping instructions, customs documentation, and invoices; ensure compliance with company procedures and international relocation standards.
