Overview

Location: Manila • Employment type: Project Based, Full Time

Responsibilities

• Review of Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary, and FirePro requirements from clients and Building Management for the completion of plans and cost estimates
• Create complete cost effective MPF plans based on the codes and the actual heat load per space
• Measure plan and prepare bill of quantities for mechanical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection system
• Evaluate contractor’s proposal for all PMI’s, change order and other construction-related claims
• Conduct site visits and reconciliation of evaluated proposals if necessary
• Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison
• Coordinate with suppliers for Request for Proposal and bids before and during Project Implementation
• Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids
• Quarterly updating of material / equipment cost database
