1. Metrology & Inspection Support
Operate metrology tools such as CD-SEM, overlay, thin film, and defect inspection systems to monitor process parameters and collect data.
Assist in setting up measurement programs and adjusting parameters; perform preliminary analysis and report anomalies.
Support measurement experiments during process development and participate in process window analysis (, DOF, ADI FEM).
2. Process Optimization & Technical Improvement
Assist process engineers in new product introduction and process verification; monitor process stability and yield performance.
