MTS Analog Design Engineer

OnSemi is seeking a Senior MTS Analog design Engineer, NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Power Management, to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India. This group is responsible for development of Power management products including SiC drivers, MOS/IGBT drivers, LED drivers, smart Switches and efuses for consumer, industrial and automotive applications. In this role, you will focus on the following

+ Mentor a diverse team of experienced and junior Analog IC design engineers
+ Lead an Analog IC design team with product ownership and responsibility from definition to release to manufacturing
+ Make assignments for team members, providing design guidance as needed, developing schedules and monitoring progress throughout the project
+ Evaluate intermediate and final results of projects during the design phase and during silicon evaluation, to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives
