Lionsgate Contractors are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work on multiple projects covering Kent and surrounding areas The ideal Multi Trade Operative will have experience in one or more of the following trades: Plumbing Carpentry General Maintenance Painting and Decorating Fencing Landscaping / Gardening PVC Installations Plastering Bricklaying Required Experience: City & Guilds, BTECs and NVQs - Preferred not essential Completed courses for Health and Safety in one or more of the above trades As a Multi Trade Operative, whether you are working in resident or commercial environments, there are other skills that could prove useful to you: 5 years experience in 2 of the trades mentioned in regular duties A-class customer service Ability to fill out risk assessments and method statements Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance workers Being resourceful and self-motivated Being flexible ...
