Multi-Trade Facilities Maintenance Tech

JLL in Hereford seeks a dedicated maintenance professional to provide an efficient service across the site, carrying out planned and reactive tasks to maintain safety and compliance. You will perform various building maintenance duties including plumbing, HVAC, and basic electrical works.

This role requires effective communication with colleagues and customers, a general knowledge of multiple trades, and adherence to safety practices. A physical role, it may also involve out-of-hours coverage as necessary.
