Role Description

Nail technicians manage a range of essential tasks to support the operation of the salon or spa. This typically involves ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience to encourage repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Providing beauty services, such as manicures, pedicures, acrylic or gel extensions, and nail art

Sterilizing equipment carefully to ensure excellent hygiene and client safety

Offering excellent customer service throughout every client’s visit to the salon

Filling, buffing, and shaping the nail to promote healthy cuticle growth

Listening actively to understand what a client wants and making recommendations

Providing hand and foot massages, applying moisturizer, and using paraffin wax treatments to soften skin
