Role Description

Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management company, is looking for a skilled and experienced National Content Officer to join our client’s dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. The idle candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing compliance with national content and social affairs requirements set by the client, as well as providing support with HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the company’s National Content Plan for the oil and gas development project, aligning and coordinating efforts with both the customer and government agencies in Uganda.

Monitor and ensure successful implementation of capacity building initiatives and Knowledge and Technology Transfer activities, in line with National Content commitments and the company’s annual NC plan.
