Role Description

What You’ll Do
As a member of the Innovation and Strategic Operations department, responsibilities of the Coordinator include:
Organize meetings and workshops, including scheduling, curating agendas, preparing initial presentations, coordinating national or cross-office logistics and assembling pre-read materials.

Collate and prepare updates to presentations and reports for meetings, workshops, training sessions, briefings and written communications.

Track and report on project progress to ensure milestones and deliverables remain on track.

Administer financial processes, including tracking expenditures, processing and reconciling spend, administering expense reimbursement, and preparing budget documentation.

Own the organization and maintenance of team documentation, project files and records.
