Role Description

 
  Responsibilities 
 Provide pre-service/ pre-sales technical support, product education and after-sales support services in direct contact with the NDT customers, Internal sales responsible and sales agents.
 Inhouse (or external) support for application and engineering trials
 Perform field service data collection, routing, and reporting.
 Primarily performs on-site installation and training for non-destructive testing detectors.
 Perform factory setup, on-site installation, and training for flux leakage testing equipment.
 Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of eddy current flaw detectors, as required.
 Min. 25% travel availability
 
   Qualifications – External  
 Have an engineering degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in NDT field.
 Good oral and written English & German proficiency.
