Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a backend-focused .NET Developer to support, maintain, and enhance business-critical applications built on the Microsoft .NET stack. This role is heavily production support focused, responsible for L2 L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolving issues across .NET applications and SQL Server environments. The candidate will independently investigate tickets from a large backlog, prioritize critical system outages, and deliver quick, short-term fixes without reworking architecture, following full lifecycle processes through QA validation and production deployment. Day-to-day includes writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and views, monitoring application performance, and collaborating with BAs, POs, and technical teams to resolve issues.
