Network Analyst - Calgary

Position Overview

Compugen is seeking a Network Analyst for a 2 month contract with the potential for extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, administration and support of network systems and services in Enterprise infrastructure environment
• Assist in break/fix operations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide technical support during critical outages or major network initiatives, as required
• Participate in managing the team’s incident queue in Remedy ticket management system
• Ensure timely resolution of all operational tickets, with exceptional customer service engagement

Skills & Qualifications

• University degree or college/technical diploma
• 8-10+ years hands on experience with Cisco Network Administration or similar role preferably in the oil and gas industry
