Network Engineer

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Network Engineer** to join our team in **McLean, VA** . In this role, you will design, maintain, and secure LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks, ensure optimal performance, and collaborate with IT teams, while quickly adapting to new technologies and organizational needs.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Design, configure, and deploy LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and related network infrastructure.
+ Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) and resolve tier-3 network issues.
+ Monitor performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement upgrades for optimal uptime.
+ Configure and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and access controls.
+ Collaborate with IT teams to integrate networks with servers, applications, cloud services, and maintain detailed documentation.
