Hiring: Network Support Engineer (L2) – NOC Operations

We’re hiring for our client for a skilled L2 Network Support Engineer with 2–4 years of experience

Role Overview:

Handle advanced troubleshooting, manage escalated incidents (P1/P2), and ensure high availability of network and infrastructure systems. Act as the key escalation point for L1 and coordinate with L3 teams during critical outages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve complex network/infrastructure issues within SLA

- Perform deep troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, connectivity)

- Lead incident handling, escalation, and stakeholder communication
