Network Engineer

Overview

Ibex. is looking for aNetwork Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in routing, switching, WAN technologies, and next‑generation firewalls, along with strong troubleshooting skills to support large‑scale infrastructure across Data Centers, DR sites, regional hubs, and branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide Tier‑1/2/3 support to diagnose and resolve escalated issues that may cause service degradation or interruption in the connectivity of Data Center, DR, Regional Hubs, and all branches.
• Perform proactive monitoring (SolarWinds, PRTG) of 1000+ network devices and have knowledge of NMS/Syslog monitoring, alerting, and escalations.
• Resolve hardware/software platform issues in complex, layered network infrastructure environments.
