Network Engineer - Mandarin Speaker

Scope of Work : Installation, Addition, Change, Move Activities performed in customer's sites; Includes Technical site survey, Wifi passive site survey, Site preparation, Staging, Installation, support on migration, and Day 1 onsite support. Installation involving rack/stack, and input of basic configurations for remote access. Equipment include routers, LAN switches, Wireless LAN, firewall, etc. Brand/Manufacturer include CISCO, Avaya, Riverbed, Huawei, Palo Alto, UPS, Microsoft, etc.
Maintenance:
Provide a 7-day x 24-hours basis on-call services On-standby support with SLA 7*24*4. Replacing any field replaceable units required and returning the equipment to normal operational condition; Installing requested engineering changes, or any required software. Re-packing of returning equipment for RMA return.
Skillset:
3 years of experience. Strong internetworking skills. Ability to understand technical documents and follow instructions. Basic command of English and Mandarin.
