Network Engineer

Responsibilities: Network Engineer with at least 2 years relevant work experience with minimum CCNA certified, CCNP preferred Required to handle daily Operation/support duties including SLA, CR, SR, and Incident reporting. Rotational standby support is required, and may occasionally need to travel to remote sites Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. Follow site safety and disciplinary procedures Other work assigned by Manager Requirements: Proven hands-on network engineering experience. Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS). Knowledge in network management and troubleshooting Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
