1. Objective

To provide onsite support for establishing console access to network devices and enable remote login activities by the Infosys team.

2. Scope of Activities

2.1 Pre-Deployment / Site Readiness

• Coordinate with site POC for access and entry
• Verify work location and device availability
• Ensure laptop, tools, and connectivity readiness
• Confirm console cable compatibility with devices

2.2 Onsite Execution

A. Console Access Setup

• Connect to network device using USB console cable (FortiGate compatible)
• Establish console session via PuTTY or terminal client
