Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure
• Manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, WAF, DNS, and load balancers
• Handle incident response, change management, and operational support
• Support network automation using Python and Ansible
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams

• Cisco Routing & Switching (IOS, NX-OS)
• Cisco & Palo Alto Firewalls
• VPN, SD-WAN, Zscaler
• Aruba Wireless
