Role Description

Shift management of Network Operation team
Being a L2/L3 resource for troubleshooting any user tickets
Manage daily BAU tasks, changes, upgrades and incidents Like Zscalar maintenance, rules update, website whitelisting etc Firewall policy implementation, endpoint whitelisting Sucuri WAF creation for new applications Citrix load balancer VLAN creation VPN tunnel creation Switch maintenance Wi-Fi/LAN/Network support Troubleshooting application issues (related to network) P1/P2 incidents Switch, Firewall upgrades Hardware refresh
