Role Description

 Working with public institutions in Brussels providing them with IT services. This company with a growing team and projects wishes to hire a new colleague to expand its team and invest in him to make him grow.
 Mission :
 Supports internal IT
 Answer troubleshoot and solves 2nd level problem coming from different clients
 Collaborate with 3rd level team for all tickets incoming
 Inform customers on the status of their demand and issues
 Monitoring of equipment and system, proactively detect issues that can have an impact for customers
 Your profile :
 Solid knowledge on CISCO HP product
 Speaking french and goo dutch
 Being client solution oriented
 Having knowledge about call center, routing, switching, networking, firewalling
 Having good communication skills
 A prior experience of technical problem solving
 Autonomous worker & Team player
