Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Aruba wireless networks.
• Develop and document typologies, implementation plans, run books, and as-built handover documents.
• Integrate wireless with third‑party integrations for deployments.
• Perform AMC‑related tasks: preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Provide L2/L3‑level support for all wireless/network issues.
• Participate in project roll‑outs, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Prepare technical documentation and configuration handover reports.
• Coordinate with principal vendor support for complex issue resolution.

Requirements

• Experience of more than 4+ years in Aruba solutions, preferably Wi‑Fi and Cloud services.
• Strong understanding of IEEE standards for Wi‑Fi protocols.
