Job Summary

The Automation Engineer (L3) is responsible for designing, developing, and operating network automation workflows using iTential as the core platform. This role integrates automation with ServiceNow for ITSM-driven execution (incidents/changes/requests) and establishes a robust CI/CD and version‑control practice using Bitbucket. The engineer partners with network operations and engineering teams to identify high-value use cases, build reusable automation modules, and improve reliability, compliance, and speed of execution across the network estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation workflows on iTential for network operations, incident response, and change execution.
