Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative menus for clients
• Partner with Procurement for sourcing quality products
• Supervise and monitor cooking techniques and preparation
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
• Mentor and develop kitchen personnel
Requirements:
